Hi George,
We are back from holiday today. We will get your product image processed today. We regret the delay.
The product image you receive will not contain “bo bo” noise fix. We will try to resolve “bo bo” this week. When we do, we will update you again.
Thanks for your patience,
Support

Hi George,
Thanks for being patient. We have processed your order and completed the upload to your FTP server. Please see the “lanscape\ VOIP Media Engine v6.0.0.3” directory for the ZIP archive image.
We will get back to the “bo bo” issue this week. We will “ping” you again when the update is available.
Thanks,
Support

Hi Randal:
Per your policy, I can get free one-month technical support after purchase. But it is very pity that as to yet I still have not got update to "bo bo" noise bug fix. So pls keep promise.

Hi George,
We are in the process of completing another customer commitment. We only have so many hours in a day. The “bo bo” issue is going to get addresses immediately after the current work is completed. Sometimes its difficult to put an absolute time-to-completion date on customer requests. Rest assured that we are not purposely treating you like a mushroom (… keeping you in the dark and feeding you a load of sh**). :)
With any skill, we can get this resolved yet this week – but it will take as long as it is going to take.
Don’t worry about your free one month post-sale support running out, we can be flexible on that seeing we were previously working on addressing specific media engine issues that affected your application development. Its all good….
Thanks for your understanding and patience.
Hang on…
Randal
