Subject:Media Engine “Busy Out” termination hanging

Description:
If any phone line is placed into the busy out state and the media engine is terminated, the media engine may not shut down properly and appear to hang forever. LanScape has determined this to be a bug in v5.12.8.1 and will fix in a future release.

Work Around:
In order to allow the media enigne to terminate properly, application software should ensure that all phone lines are removed from the SipBusyOut state prior to terminating the media engine and the VOIP application.
