Hello support,

I invoked the GetMaxNumPhoneLines after calling the StartSipTelephony API, the returned result is always SipInvalidHandle.
Why??

Actually I am just a free developer, so I am not belonged to any company. By the way, my registrition name is my real name.
I am just interested in the VOIP technology. In a exhibition, one guy of a company installed the media engine on my lapbook to show and demo their products, but forgot deleting it.

I doubt that my problem is caused by the dummy license. Right?

guxiaojun,

If you have a copy of the LanScape VOIP Media Engine installed on your machine that you did not purchase, you will not be able to use it for development.

The only way you can get support from us is to purchase a license to use our LanScape VOIP Media Engine technology. If you purchased a license, EMAIL us the following information:

Customer Installation Information (Company Name,Description of licensee,Install Serial Number)

and your "Customer Redistribution Code". You should have received this information when you purchased the product.

Once you email us this information we can answer your support questions. If you did not purchase a license and want to start using the VOIP Media Engine, please goto:

http://www.lanscapecorp.com/ProductPages/VoipMediaEnginePric eList.asp

to review the product and make your purchase.

Also, please give us the name of the person or company that installed this on your machine. Licensed customers are not allowed to distribute the development version of this product. It is a violation of the license agreement.

Best regards,

LanScape Support Staff
