I have a new PC and need to move my LanScape license to it prior to decommissioning the original computer. Your license Manager app requires a filename ending in .lic - but there is no such file.

I have other information such as order number, etc. but I am reluctant to post that private data in a public forum. Email directly to support is returned undelivered.

Hi Skip,

For development purposes you can install your media engine product image to whatever host computers you require. Just reinstall with your original install info and you should be fine. See your original “CustomerLog.html” file for the install info.

If this does not answer your question properly, just repost with more info.
