We are hopping to record desktop video and LanScape audio into a single video file. Previously we have used Camtasia (a version no longer in production) to grab a specific audio device and record the desktop of the computer. This has worked in the past very well. Until beginning the migration to complete VoIP.
The software we use to record the audio only seems to have the ability to select an audio device and not an audio stream.
We are hopping you may have had other customers requesting a solution to recording video/audio in sink with Landscapes’ VoIP Media Engine. Or if you might have some suggestions or other recording software options we have not found.
Thank you.

Hi Fitz,
We do not have any other customers that are trying to do what you are describing. One problem though – I don’t think we completely understand what you want to do based on your description.
We have no problem recommending something to you if we know of it. However, we will need you to post more specific information regarding what you actually want to do. I mean, really be specific. Otherwise we are just guessing at this end.
Your description was good but we need more info.
We’d be glad to hear your info and discuss.
Repost as needed.
