The DisableSipDomain API procedure allows an application to discontinue the use of a previously
specified telephony environment domain name. Before you disable a SIP domain name, you should terminate SIP
proxy and registrar functions by calling the DisableSipProxyServer()()() and
DisableSipRegisterServer()()() API procedures.
