The DisableSipRegisterServer procedure is used to terminate the use if SIP registrar capabilities. If the telephony engine was previously registered with a SIP registrar server, calling this API procedure will force an "unregister" operation and terminate further access to the previously defined registrar server. If your application previously registered with a SIP registrar server, you should call this API procedure before your application terminates.
