Hi Support,

How are you?

We have this requirements to monitor active call for Quality purposes. I don't how to do it via code. I just read this topic (http://www.lanscapecorp.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID= 514&KW=stream) and it looks like you already have a sample code on how to monitor a specific calls.

Can we have this sample codes for our reference on creating a simple monitoring application

Thanks,
Jhiey

Hi Jhiey,

Thanks for your post.

The call monitoring code that was discussed in the post you referenced was paid by the customer’s support agreement they have with us. We can help you any way you want but we should put in place a support agreement between your company and LS. That way we can give you all the example source code you request.

BTW, the post you referenced is associated with VOIP Media Engine development and call monitoring… and you posted your question to this “SIP Proxy and Media Proxy - Technical Support” area. Maybe you can give us additional details about your requirements so we can be more helpful.

Also – are you a current LanScape customer or are you evaluating our software? Can’t find purchase record for you…..

Thanks,

Randal
