Unfortunately current version of Media Engine does not support Automatic Gain Control (AGC) for none of Received or Sent voice data.

We have made a note of this request.

AGC is simple to implement and if you really need it, you can apply your own algorithm to all received and transmitted RTP media data because the media engine allows you to access all raw RTP media for each phone line.
