          Hello, I´d like to know if I need a SIP proxy to make a call from a soft phone behind a NAT router to other soft phone with a WAN IP.

 Yes. You will need a SIP proxy and a media proxy server to allow SIP user agents or desktop SIP phones to communicate when they are deployed in a network environment that involves NAT.
