Hi.

If I ordered it today could you give me an idea how long it would take to reach me in the UK. Is there an electronic version I could download otherwise?

Hi Tim,

Normally, on the day we receive your order, you would receive your purchase in 7-10 business days. We ship FedEx or UPS ground. When an order ships, we send a confirmation email with your tracking number.


Alternate Method:

If you would like us to expidite your order, we must charge an additional US$125 to do this (as of 1/17/05). In your case, we can allow you to download your licensed product via one of our FTP servers. Here is how we would proceed in this case:

You place the order using our online store (VISA/Master Card). When you place your order, you will be given a chance to add a comment to your order. Please specify that you would like to expidite your order for "download". The actual amount you will be charged will be the amount specified in the on line store's "Final Amount USD" value + US$125. The online store will not include or show an expidite charge.

LanScape will expidite and process the order and generate license information for you.

We will put your order on one of our FTP servers and send you an email when it is ready for download. After you download your product, you must send an email to sales 'at' lanscapecorp.com so we know you received your order. At that time, your order is closed.
