Opened the Lanscape license manager....saved the email and the license number in a .txt document.

but when i try to install it says : could not create the following directory : .....\installed licenses\trial-voip....etc.

terminating further processing.

but the directory IS created... it is empty though.

What do do?

Hi apaminerala,

Do us a favor, Email us a screen shot of the error actual dialog and your received license response from us. We will look right into it. Sounds like a PATH issue.
