I am trying to my VOIP account to proxying via my servers using your sip proxy server and media server.
I think the registration is ok so if I call someone, it is ok to ring. but I can not hear any voice.
I tried many codecs but it is not working.
Please help me.
P.S: I sent question email to you and wait for 4days. on that email, "write here" so I have to wait few days more.

Hi softcan,
Thanks for posting your information to the support forum. Now we can get to work.
We have received your SIP log file from the LanScape Centrex Proxy. We will review it and post our findings. Please be patient as we perform this work.

softcan,
One other item, can you please describe your VOIP network setup and what you are trying to accomplish.
Please be very clear and specific in your description as it will help us determine the solution.

Hi John,
We have spoken to the software group and they said that there are a few minor issues with using the latest version of SJPhone with the LanScape Centrex Proxy server (SIP proxy).
Do not worry though. We will supply you with an updated version of the sip proxy for further testing.
We would like to work with you on your deployment seeing it is an interesting application you have. We have no doubt that if we work together, we will come to the solution.
We are performing testing here with our current understanding of your deployment scenario. We will be using the latest SJPhone v1.60.289a from SJ Labs (Windows version) to perform testing.
Here is the URL to download the lates version of SJPhone:
http://www.sjlabs.com/sjp.html
Please be patient as we perform further testing.

Hi John,
We have performed preliminary testing for what we think is your deployment scenario. We will need additional information from you but we wanted to let you know where we are.
Previous to this, we had not tested the Centrex Proxy with the latest version of SJPhone (v1.60.289a). There are Via header issues with the SJPhone so we have an updated 3.42 Beta 9 proxy image we want you to install. You will get an email on how to download the new install image. This new image will repair faulty Via headers from SJPhones.
We have looked at your SIP log and see that inter domain registrations are working. That is good.
We also see that your calls are getting set up to the Broadcom based service provider. Also good.
We do not yet know what is causing the dead lock in media streaming but we are sure we will identify it.
For all testing we will perform, please use SJPhone v1.60.289a until we get your complete solution up and running.
Here are questions we have for you:
1)
The scenario you describe will require us to implement a change in the sip proxy. The software change will allow all registrations that pass through your LanScape Centrex Proxy at sip.softcan.net to be added to the local registrar database before passing them on to the service providers domain at samsung070.com. Are you willing to work with us to test this new proxy update?
2)
You might not have to deploy media proxy(s). This depends on if you want all voice media to pass through servers at your location. In order for us to fully understand what you want to do, please explain further your desired VOIP domain deployment plan and tell us how you want it to function. We will ask more questions if we have to.
3)
Would it be possible for us to access 2 service provider VOIP accounts so we can test the complete solution from here? Let us know what is possible.
This is a good application for our servers. We are ready to work on this with you.
Repost as needed.

Hi John,
Item 1:
Good.
Item 2:
Ok. Now we understand.
Item 3:
We will work on this today. You can send the user names and passwords for the two VOIP accounts to:
support 'at' lanscapecorp 'dot' com
After we receive the two VOIP test accounts, we will solve the media issue and then we will update the proxy server software to perform local registrar database replication. After that, we should be done.
