I just installed SIP Proxy, and I was shocked to see that it does not run as a Windows Service. I am going to hack it to run as a service, but I would like to know that this is going to be "on the list" for future revisions very very soon.

Hi Simon,
Thanks for your post.
You can run the Centrex proxy as a service. The server comes bundled with the LanScape Service manager Suite that allows you to do this.
Open the help file and review the section entitled “Running the Centrex Proxy Server as a service”.
