The documentation describes how to set an event log server (UDP socket) and how to enable SIP logging (logs to a file). Would it be possible to expose the event/sip logging as a callback? This is actually an important feature for our product since we already have a high-performance logging mechanism. Even in real-time customer deployments it is necessary to enable SIP level logging to troubleshoot issues.

thanks!

Justin,

Technically what you describe is not a problem.

Your team may want to consider taking advantage of our “enhanced customer support” we offer. This is a form of paid support that will allow us to not be “ham strung” at this end. It allows us to add quick product changes and offer a whole bunch of other support goodies. Something to think about…

If enhanced support is something you would be interested in pursuing we can send you our enhanced customer support agreement for review.
