Hello,

I have to develop a complex solution and it's very importatn for me to waste no time with the wrong engine. So I have requested a trial licence for 4 times but I got none. How can I get one?

Best regards

Joachim

Hi JoRoe,

We know exactly what you mean. We hate wasting time too – life’s too short.
Hmmm... we have not seen any trial product requests having your return email address.

Question 1:
Did you submit the request using the License Manager App????

Here is how to do it:

1)
Download the license manager app

2)
Install it and start it.

3)
Go to the upper left window area in the main app’s window. In the “Create new license request” task group, click on the “Trial License” link. The right window pane will update with product boxes for all the possible trial software we offer.

4)
Double click the “Trial VOIP Media Engine” box.

5)
A dialog will be displayed. Fill it out and press the “Generate” button at the bottom.

6)
After you press the “Generate” button, a link will appear at the bottom of the dialog that says “Email license request to LanScape”. Press that link.

7)
If there are no errors, a small dialog will be displayed that says “License file successfully emaild”.

At this point you should be done. We process trial requests a couple of times each day.

Question 2:
Is this what you did????

Perform the above steps again and see what happens. Also cut and paste the license request data from the dialog and manually send it to us here at support. Use the email: support ‘at’ lanscapecorp.com

Question 3:
Do you need “pre-released” the .NET support?

You did the right thing by posting to this forum.

Thanks,

Support
