Hi,

Re: LanScape VOIP Media Engine

We are a company providing a network call recording service based in the UK. We currently run on 30 lines of ISDN but are looking to expand the service using VOIP. We would therefore need to license at least 60 lines of VOIP. Could you provide pricing for that many lines and details of where we can purchase.

Thank you in advance.

Regards

Hi Mike,

Thanks for contacting us regarding the VOIP Media Engine.

Currently the product is offered in 1 to 64 line versions. We will soon be making available
as standard product 128 and 256 line versions (to be released sometime this early fall).

To view current pricing information for the media engine, you can go to the online web store
located at the following URL:

http://www.lanscapecorp.com/Store/pi-837478901.asp?categoryI d=3

The web page above will list all the line versions we support and pricing info.

Other notes:
We are currently paying all required VAT and sales tax on customer orders. These charges will
not be added to your orders. The prices you see in the above web page is what you will pay - no extra
charges.

All product images are electronically downloadable after your order is processed.

We offer immediate unlimited tech support via our online support forums. Turn around time for
tech related questions are typically same day.

We welcome you as a new LanScape customer. Feel free to respond to this email as needed.

Very best regards,

LanScape Sales

Sandra,

Thanks for the quick response.

During the development and testing phase of our service, we would only want to buy the 8 or 16 line version. Can we later upgrade to the 64 line version for the difference in price?

Also, does the product include the complete protocol stack, or do we need to buy that separately?

Regards

Hi Mike,

<<< Sandy responded
Yes you can. With all of our VOIP products, customers can upgrade to the next higher
"Product Grade" within the first year and pay only the difference in price.

Mike asked >>

<<< Sandy responded
The VOIP Media Engine contains its own SIP and RTP protocol handling. If you develop a VOIP
application based on the VOIP Media Engine, you will most likely find everything you need
to develop your Windows based VOIP application.

Other Info:
One of the best ways to check out the capabilities of the product is to request a product trial.
The trial version is fully functional and will give you immediate gratification regarding some of
the possibilities available to you. The Release versions of the software example applications
come pre-built so you can fire them up immediately and start playing.

The trial also allows multiple instances of the media engine and supports up to 6 lines.
Trial periods are for 30 days.

To request a product trial, please go to the following URL:

Getting pre-sales support:

The best way to obtain pre-sales support is to post all questions to our online support forum.
It is located at:

http://www.lanscapecorp.com/forum/default.asp

I will send you a follow-up "canned" email that we send to new tentative customers that
should explain everything.

Thanks Mike!
