Hi,
I'm having an issue with the hang out event.

I have the Centrex proxy and Media proxy, and two phones developed over the
LanScape SDK.

When one of the phones hangs out the call, the proxy doesn't log this event,
and the other phone doesn't fire the onHangupCall event.

I've used the Wireshark sniffer and I can see the BYE message and it's ACK
everywhere (in the proxy server and in the destination machine).

And, the destination phone is able to receive another call, even when it seems
to be still InCall. I guess internally it is in idle sate (waiting for calls)

The Media proxy doesn't log the Session End event either, and it ends closing
the media session due to inactivity timeout.

Any ideas about this?

Thank you very much in advance. Regards,

Hola Alberto,

If calls are not being terminated properly for whatever reason, then a Wireshark network capture will show us what is occurring.

1)
Email a Wireshark capture file to us and I can take a look. I will send you the email address. In your email, briefly describe your deployment with IP addresses.

If one phone hangs up and the proxy is not showing the call has been terminated, then the SIP BYE request is not getting to the LanScape SIP proxy or is not being processed properly. I assume your phone apps are not modifying the SIP messages in any way.

Post additional information if you want.

RJ
