I am am havin a strange issue both with the demo code and my own program where when I try and register to my my SIP Register server, the engine seems to be using random ip addresses and failing. sometimes it works but mostly it does not. see log below - my machine is 192.168.160.138 and the register server is 192.168.110.40

Hi Ian,

It looks like the LME trial software thinks the trial evaluation period is over. When the trial software expires, SIP messages will be sent to random IP:port destinations.

Forget the trial code… we can take a different approach.

I sent you an email with LS support FTP account information. Log into your support FTP account and download the ZIP file image that is there.

The ZIP archive contains an engineering release of the software that should get around the trial timeout you are seeing. Please make sure to read the very bottom of the included version history HTML file (“Notes Regarding Engineering Releases:”). It gives you suggestions on how to use the release.

Also – what’s your time zone?

Randal
