To: All VOIP Media Engine customers
Subject: Echo cancellation

We would like to know your thoughts on how we should support echo cancellation in the VOIP Media Engine product. Feel free to express all your thoughts and ideas on how you would like use this capability in your VOIP apps.

For Example:

Have you used echo cancellation in the past?

How did you use it?

What problems did you run into?

Did you obtain satisfactory echo cancellation results you needed in your last VOIP development project?

Would you like to submit your favorite echo cancellation code or algorithm to us for eval and possible inclusion into the product?

Also, if you have hard echo cancellation specifications you would like to share with our R+D guys, feel free to post that information as well.

We will be refining our approach regarding the addition of echo cancellation into the product and all information we receive from the support community will help us tremendously.

Thanks,

Support
