Thank you for your post from China! We all have been watching the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing on television. It looks pretty awesome there.
OK, back to business…..
If you deploy LanScape’s SIP Centrex proxy for your VOIP domains along with LanScape’s VOIP media proxies, you can use just about any SIP v2 compliant soft phone on your PCs that you want.
As far as recommending a web ActiveX component to deploy in your web sites, we would like to work with you on this. We currently have SIP and RTP VOIP capability from our LanScape web site for customers. We have wrapped the media engine into an ActiveX component that we use. This ActiveX component can initiate and receive calls from any ActiveX enabled browser back to our own SIP Centrex + VOIP Media proxies here at our location. It’s a nice simple setup.
