          Hello, it's me again :)

I have the following problem: the person on the other side of the line cannot hear my voice, if I call via SIP proxy. I can hear him/her completely okay though. Firewall is turned off, all ports are open, third party softphones, such as X-Lite work okay with the same configuration as the one that I set using Media Engine API functions (EnableSipDomain, EnableSipProxyServer, EnableOutboundSipProxyServer, AddAuthorizationCredentials and EnableSipRegisterServer).

The UseProxy parameter of the function MakeCallUri is also set to True. Do you have any ideas why this is happening?

 Thanks in advance,
 Blaz

There are also some other symptoms, that probably originate from the same problem. For example: if someone puts my call (made by a softphone that uses LanScape Media Engine) on hold, the connection would just get lost, instead of put on hold.

There is obviously some problem with my registration to the proxy, but I can't figure it out.

Your SIP log looks OK. We suggest you start using he open source Ethereal network sniffer to see what is happening. It will be up to you to debug this though.

You will also have to figure out why your "Epygi Quadro SIP User Agent/v3.0" server does not like the BYE message the media engine is sending (SIP/2.0 500 Internal Server Error).

We give very limited support for trial versions. Unfortunately, your questions here exceed those limits. If you want us to assist you with support, you will have to purchase a user license.
