To all LanScape SIP and Media proxy customers:

We have received multiple customer reports that NOD32 Anti-virus software is detecting LanScape Centrex SIP proxies and LanScape Media proxies as containing the following trojan:

Win32/Genetik trojan

We have contacted the makers of NOD32 and have requested they change their virus signatures. It seems that NOD32 started detecting Ls proxy software as containing a trojan somewhere around mid January 2010.

Please know that Ls proxy software does not contain Trojans or malware of any kind. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
