SipRtpSocketBindError
This event informs application software that the internal RTP stack detected an error while attempting a bind operation on an open network socket. This error event indicates that the port the RTP stack is attempting to use is already in use.
If you receive this error event, make sure no other application is attempting to use any of the RTP ports you specified when starting an instance of the telephony engine.
