LanScape VOIP Media Engine
SipLineInitialized
This event informs application software that
a phone line has been created and initialized by the media engine. It
is only sent to the application when the media engine is started and when
the SendLineInitializedEvents member of the START_SIP_TELEPHONY_PARAMS
structure is set to a non zero value.
High density line applications generally use this to drive a GUI progress
display when the VOIP application starts.
