SipAnswerTimeout
This event is sent to application software when an incoming phone call is being received and the call is not answered by your application software.
The call answer time out is set internally to 60 seconds and can not be changed by application software.
After you receive this event notification, the telephony engine terminates the incoming call so as to ignore the call. The phone line is then reset so the line is prepared for the next out going or incoming call.
