Applications can be notified about immediate challenge authentication related events that demand special attention on the part of the application. These authentication related events must be processed at the time they occur and allow the application to make decisions regarding the type of request challenge that will be requested of the media engine. If your application must perform incoming message authentication, then it must process authentication related immediate events.
The following immediate authentication related events can be processed by application software:
