SipUnRegisterTimeOut
This event indicates that the telephony engine made an attempt to un-register with the configured SIP registration server. The registration server however never responded to the un-register request. The time out value used by the telephony engine is specified by the TimeOutMs parameter of the EnableSipRegisterServer API procedure.
