SipRegisterTimeOut
This event indicates that the telephony engine made an attempt to contact the configured SIP registration server. The registration server however never responded to the registration request. The time out value used by the telephony engine is specified by the TimeOutMs parameter of the EnableSipRegisterServer API procedure.
