SipRegisterSuccess
When the application receives the SipRegisterSuccess event, the telephony engine has successfully transacted with the SIP registration server and has completed a registration cycle.
The telephony engine will not contact the server again until the specified registration interval has elapsed as specified by the RegistrationIntervalSeconds parameter of the EnableSipRegisterServer API procedure.
