SipSessionReceiveOverrun
The telephony engine monitors its network activity and is able to determine if it is falling behind under extremely heavy load usage. This event is sent to the telephony application to inform the application that additional incoming telephony traffic can not be processed. In such situations, incoming call or device event processing is ignored.
If you develop an application that spends too much time in the media engine event callback procedure SIPCALLBACKPROC, then you may experience this error condition.
